TORONTO - Prices closed higher in moderate trading on Friday.
The two-year bonds were four cents higher at $99.68. Ten-year bonds were 11 cents higher at $101.86 and long-term bonds were 13 cents higher at $116.
The Government of Canada bond carrying a 5.75 per cent coupon and maturing in 2033, a barometer of long term borrowing cost, was at 4.03 per cent.
Day-to-day money was at 0.25 per cent.
