TSX Venture Exchange closed at 1,092.96 up 0.38 point

TORONTO - The TSX Venture Exchange settled at 1,092.96 up 0.38 point Friday. The volume at 5 p.m. was 84.13 million shares.

Among the most active companies, Bio-Extraction Inc. (TSXV:BXI) rose nine cents to 87 cents, Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. (TSXV:EZ) a penny to five cents; MagIndustries Corp. (TSXV:MAA) fell two cents to 52 cents, Svit Gold Corp. (TSXV:SDP) two cents to eight cents.
