U.S. lobster task force urges quick action on ideas

The phrase "and do it fast" does not appear among a handful of recommendations listed in a draft of a letter that a U.S. lobster industry task force plans to foward to the governor, but the concept of acting with speed came up repeatedly Wednesday during the task force's final meeting.
