Annual CTV Christmas Daddies telethon raises over $892,000

HALIFAX, N.S. - The annual Christmas Daddies Telethon on CTV raised over $892,422 on Sunday.

The Salvation Army will use the money to provide toys, gifts and necessities such as clothing and food to over 16,000 children across the Maritimes.

Of the total, $457,455 came from mainland Nova Scotia, New Brunswick raised $183,600, Prince Edward Island brought in $38,553 and Cape Breton raised $203,685.

Pledges can be honoured at any branch of the Royal Bank or online at www.christmasdaddies.org
