LOCAL MARKETS ARE FUN AND FULL OF GOOD FOOD
I just returned home from a trip to Fredericton's Boyce Farmers Market.
I always enjoy making this trip each week. It's a great place to find fresh food and many friends.
Some of my market favourites include a variety of cheese, Hot Italian sausage, fresh scallops and salmon as well as flavourful smoothies. These offerings are full of flavour and make a Saturday extra special.
A trip to the market at this time of year is especially nice as it will reveal an abundance of harvest goodies.
So why not make a trip the market the next time you have a chance? It's an experience you will fall in love with.
